1. Services 
ACT Computers provides a range of services including computer repairs, upgrades, anti-virus services, personalized training sessions, 3D printing, and custom programming. The scope of the service to be provided will be agreed upon prior to commencement of work.

2. Pricing
Our standard hourly rate is $99. Service calls are billed at $129 per hour. After-hours emergency services are available at increased rates. All prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time without prior notice.

3. Quotations
Before we commence any work, we provide a detailed quote to our customers. The quote will outline the work to be done and the associated costs. Any changes or additional work required will result in a revised quote, which must be agreed upon before the additional work commences.

4. Diagnostic Fee  
A diagnostic fee is charged for an evaluation to identify the cause of any issues. This fee is waived if the customer opts to proceed with the recommended repairs. 

5. Payment  
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. Unpaid invoices will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month after 30 days.

6. Warranty
All services are warranted for 30 days. If a problem reoccurs within this period, we will re-perform the service at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover new issues or issues caused by user error or misuse.

7. Liability
ACT Computers is not responsible for any data loss; customers are advised to back up all data prior to service. In the case of device servicing or repair, ACT Computers is not responsible for any accidental damage to the device.

8. Personal Information
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. 3D Printing and Custom Programming Services
The customer is responsible for ensuring that any provided 3D model or programming requirements do not infringe on any intellectual property rights. ACT Computers will not be held responsible for any such infringements.

10. Right to Refuse Service
ACT Computers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
