Shipping Policy
At ACT Computers, we aim to deliver your purchased items as efficiently and securely as possible. Our standard shipping rates and delivery time frames are as follows:
**Shipping Rates:**
- For items priced $0 - $11, the shipping fee is $5.
- For items priced $11 - $25, the shipping fee is $15.
- For items priced $25 - $100, the shipping fee is $20.
- For items priced $100 - $101, the shipping fee is $28.
- For items priced $101 - $500, the shipping fee is $35.
- For items priced $500 and above, the shipping fee is $60.
**Estimated Delivery Time:**
We strive to deliver your purchases within 3 to 5 business days.
**Free Local Delivery:**
We are pleased to offer free local delivery within a 5-mile radius of our store in Vero Beach, Florida.
**Free In-store Pickup:**
Prefer to collect your items yourself? No problem! We offer free in-store pickup for all items.

Return & Exchange Policy
At ACT Computers, we prioritize customer satisfaction and peace of mind. Please read our Returns & Warranty Policy carefully:
**Returns:**
1. **30-Day Returns:** We accept returns on all items within 30 days of purchase, except for special order items.
2. **Damaged/Broken Items:** If your item arrives damaged or broken, ACT Computers will cover the return postage cost. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
3. **General Returns:** For returns where there's no physical problem with the item (i.e., the item is not damaged or defective), the customer is responsible for the return postage cost. After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund.
Please note: Special order items are not eligible for return.
**Warranty:**
1. **New Systems:** All new systems purchased from ACT Computers come with a 1-year warranty on parts.
2. **Refurbished Systems:** Refurbished systems come with a 30-day warranty.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by accident, misuse, reasonable wear and tear, or failure to follow usage instructions.
